The Living Bird Reception unit is first step of the chicken processing line system. According to the clients requirment or capacity of the processing line, a only crates conveyor is choosed by for small or medium size, also in order to save investment, some small processing
line users don't work with crates conveyor but just manual work.
For the big processing line, usually the whole line works not only crates conveyor ,but also crate washer which used to clean the plastic crates used to transport chicken from farm.
According to the different capacity of processing line, the crates conveyor is different. For the capacity from 1000bph to 3000bph, the no power rolling conveyor can be choosed, which is save ownershif cost. For the bigger capacity, the motor driven style crate conveyor can be selected as the faster speed required for the whole processing line work.
