Roughly process：To enter the scalder from through the slaughter line into chicken scalding machine with hot water after a certain time(about 1min) a certain temperature(about 58 degree), the hot water bath, so that the feathers adhesion is lower, and then get the best defeathering effect. But client need purchase a steam boiler for the machine to heat up the water in scalder.
